MISSION APPEAL BY FATHER SALAKO FOR BENIN-NIGER PROVINCE OF THE S.M.A. FATHERS

On Sunday, August 26, as announced, Fr. Salako preached a Mission Appeal on behalf of his Province of the Society of African Missions (S.M.A) at all of the Sunday Masses. A Second Collection was taken up for the on-going support of his missionary work. This is Fr. Salako’s 4th summer with us here at Mary Immaculate of Lourdes, serving the parish as a Visiting Assistant Priest. We are most grateful for his priestly service to us, and we follow him with our prayers and continued support as he returns to Africa this week.

(Fr. Higgins)
